Ross was extremely patient in answering my questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes have sold in this market, how long his listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in my area. I was concerned that my house would be tough to sell due to COVID. Ross made the process incredibly easy and eased my anxiety with the whole process.
Ross’s hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off – my listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. My house was on the market for 1 day and was already under contract by the second. I was able to accept a contract as close to my listing price. I was very pleased with how quickly this happened. Additionally, Ross helped me find and close on my dream home within weeks.
Ross walked me through every step of the closing and buying process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.
I recommend Jameson Sotheby’s Intl realty to anyone who wants honest work done in selling their home. Ross is a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

Absolutely the best experience. I’ve bought and sold homes in the past, so I have some experience with other realtors. Ross is the best! He sold two properties for me in the last four months and helped me purchase one. He is professional, hard working, smart, and experienced. The entire time with Ross was seamless and smooth without any problems. That’s what you want in a real estate deal. Also Ross will be your friend throughout. I genuinely feel like he cared about me as a person. He worked for me. You won’t regret using Ross. I look forward to my next deal, so I can work with Ross again.

Ross is our go to real estate broker. He is everything you’d look for in a realtor. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the entire buying/selling process and is always there to guide you through the various stages of buying and selling a home or to answer any questions that may arise. We picked Ross as our buying agent in late 2018 for our condo search on the north and west side of Chicago. We chose Ross based on his extensive experience in Chicago, knowledge, and approachability.

He listened to our interests and helped us define realistic search criteria. Throughout our search process, he maintained good communication and made himself available to accommodate our schedule, including visiting a number of properties on weeknights. He was honest about the pros and cons of properties we viewed without being pushy. We appreciated and valued his perspective!
