Ross arrived in Boca Raton in 1989 from Long Island, New York and has made deep local roots since. After undergraduate schooling at the University of Central Florida (UCF), and a culinary degree from Johnson and Wales (Miami) Ross worked as a cook and Chef in several prestigious Hotels, Restaurants and Country clubs until he got started in Real Estate by acquiring and managing investment properties in 2012 as part of the foreclosure rebound years. Back then, Ross was primarily focused on Multifamily properties, Shopping Centers and Strip retail plazas as well as small free standing office buildings. Years later, Ross began working more closely with Tenants and Owner-User Buyers on a variety of asset classes, often Warehouses, Flex Spaces, Retail or General Commercial buildings, he has even bought and sold Churches, Schools/Day Care centers, and several Vacant Land parcels for subsequent development projects throughout South Florida even one of his own projects underway in the City of Greenacres in central Palm Beach County Florida.
When he is not selling, developing or leasing Real Estate, Ross enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing ice hockey, pickleball, coaching youth sports, swimming and lounging, gardening, painting, shopping and cooking of course.
