Ross Tobin was a phenomenal realtor, the best there is! We hired him to help us purchase our first home. We had a ton of
things that we were hoping to get out of the home with a modest budget. The house he found was
perfect, but we could only afford it if we purchased it on a very tight schedule. Fortunately, Ross worked
day and night for us, making countless calls with the builder, construction manager, insurance company
and mortgage broker. He was incredibly knowledgeable, always knew exactly what to do and when to
do it. Thanks to his help, a potentially very stressful time which could have gone wrong in so many different ways
was a breeze and everything worked out better than we ever could have imagined. We could never have done it without him, we highly
recommend him to anyone who is buying or selling a home!! He is the best they come, hands down.

Easiest 5 star review I’ve given. Ross was so easy to work with. My wife and I were first time home buyers and he was a much-needed third set of eyes on every house we looked at. He brought up small things about each house that we didnt even think to look for. Ross’ responsiveness was literally the reason we were able to buy our house. The market was so tough for buyers but Ross helped us put in an offer that was accepted quickly for a home we loved. Would highly highly highly recommend for anybody buying a home.

I have now bought and sold a house with Ross as my real-estate agent and he is top notch. I will never work with another agent again. He is very detailed oriented and and is able to explain each step in the process. Ross is extremely communicative and works diligently to make himself available. Despite some hiccups along the way from the other agents in the process, he worked to remediate the concerns and get to a smooth closing. If you need to buy and/or sell a house, Ross is your man!

Great realtor! We had this poor guy all over Maryland! I likely drove him insane w all the requests to see a million homes but he took it in stride and helped us through the entire process! He helped us find a home that we loved and could afford. We will definitely use Ross again (if we move again) and have and will continue to recommend him.
