Ross graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Corporate Communications, equipping him well for his current and future endeavors. Formerly a professional baseball scout for the Texas Rangers and Toronto Blue Jays, Ross has a knack for negotiating as well as analyzing and evaluating. Since entering real estate in 2015, he has gained valuable experience in a variety of aspects of the industry, primarily land acquisition/assemblage, multifamily investment sales and TCU student housing development.
Ross was born and raised in Fort Worth and offers his clients both a thorough knowledge of the city and region, but also vast experience with assessing property values from an investment perspective stemming from his familiarity in construction and development. Ross specializes in multifamily investment sales, with a specific focus on 2-20 units in/around Fort Worth and TCU. He also assists developers with identifying and acquiring urban infill land opportunities for ground up multifamily construction. Whether working with a first-time investor or a seasoned operator, Ross works hard to meet the goals of his clients.
Ross and his wife Carrie have been married since 2011, and have three daughters, Jenny, Emma and Lila. In his free time, you can find Ross spending time with his family, at the ranch or on a golf course. He also enjoys rooting for his Texas Rangers and Baylor Bears. Ross is an active member of Christ Chapel Bible Church and also serves on the Greeting Committee for the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo.
