EXPERTISE Ross entered real estate through the commercial sector. He worked in multifamily real estate through acquisition and management of short-term rentals. Networking and negotiating corporate leases led him to a large family-owned residential property management group in Washington DC. But soon he was ready to combine his real-world experience with his connections in a city primed for a boom. Now, Ross is the backbone of our commercial sector and evaluates all of our deals for our clientele. Nobody can run the numbers quite like Ross. LIFE Growing up, Ross was exposed to a variety of cultures, including the entertainment industry, artist communities, and the sports industry. Ross graduated from Birmingham Southern College, where he was captain of the basketball team. Upon graduation, Ross considered becoming a sports agent, but soon became interested in income-producing real estate. He realized sports contracts were temporary, whereas investing in real estate can last for generations. When he’s not running spreadsheets or sourcing investment deals, you can find Ross coaching high school basketball at Goodpasture Christian School. He truly enjoys showing young men how the lessons of basketball can be used for future success.
