Rowena Toguchi

Rowena has been a Seattle/Eastside resident for almost 30 years and cherishes many of her milestones here; from attending college, getting married, building a career and starting a family. Prior to her real estate career, Rowena spent 16 years as a marketing & sales professional in the technology sector. Much of that experience is applied to the last 7 years as a real estate professional where she has helped over 130 clients buy, sell and invest. She believes in clear communications, being a good listener and working hard to get things done! (And always with a smile and cheerful outlook.) She has covered areas from Kent to Everett and Seattle to North Bend. (And even some properties on Whidbey and Camano Islands)

Rowena lives in Kirkland with her husband, Mark, and daughters, Zoe and Kaya. (& not so mini Goldendoodle, Grizzly). High energy and always on the go, Rowena enjoys spending time and traveling with her family, Karaoke and hot yoga.
