About Rowland

Born in Denver, a third-generation Coloradoan, Rowland spent most of his school years in the Denver, Golden, and Lakewood areas. He was introduced to horses at a very young age and developed a passion for training horses and instructing children. That passion lasted more than 30 years. After spending several years in the banking business, both personal and commercial lending, he developed his interest in Real Estate. He began his Real Estate career over 20 years ago with his primary focus on marketing residential and commercial Equine properties. He has been privileged to have represented some of the finest equine properties on the front range.

Some of his greatest honors were to have been selected to participate as a board member of the National Western Stock Show, Colorado American Saddlebred Association, Rocky Mountain Horse Show Association, past President of the Elizabeth Chamber of Commerce, and past chairman of the Corporate Sponsorship Committee of the Douglas Elbert Board of Realtors. Proud Member of the Denver Business Bureau.

Rowland specializes in Equine and Agricultural properties as well as vacant land in the Elizabeth, Franktown, Parker, and Castle Rock areas located in Douglas and Elbert Counties.

As a Colorado native, Rowland prides himself on knowing what is required to market those types of properties. He looks forward to assisting you in answering any questions you may have regarding the marketing of your property.
