Since arriving in the United States from Romania in 2005, Roxana Feder has developed a passion for real estate and has since devoted all her time helping buyers, sellers, and landlords accomplish their goals through real estate. Ms. Feder knows real estate transactions from negotiating the first offer to closing escrow. In January 2012, Ms. Feder joined Charnholm and Associates with a focus on rental properties and landlord representation. Her portfolio entails the leasing of over one hundred homes throughout San Diego County. Ms. Feder also specializes in the representation of buyers and sellers in every type of real estate transaction including short sales and REOs. Del Mar, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Carmel Valley, and La Jolla are amongst some of the areas that Ms. Feder services and whose clients have entrusted her with their real estate needs. Ms. Feder holds her real estate license in the State of California and speaks fluent English and Romanian. She is also partially fluent in Spanish.
