Roxanne is a fabulous realtor and person. We met her through a friend and are totally satisfied with the outcome. She showed us homes with our criteria and when we chose the one, she inspected it carefully, had us do an inspection which resulted in the owner correcting everything on the list, gave us lists of phone numbers, reliable businesses and specialists as well as the city's offices and services. Roxann is the BEST. She is not the first realtor we dealt with when searching for a home in Cape Coral, so we know what a difference she makes. She consistently went the extra mile, jumped through hoops and got all the answers and pictures we needed. We bought our home without having seen it in person....because Roxann was so thorough.
