Roxanne is more than just a realtor - she has become a friend. A confidant. She’s been in my life through so many major milestones. We first met while I was pregnant with my son and my family purchased our first home through her. That entire experience, albeit stressful as is with any home buying, is what sealed the deal for me. Roxanne comes highly recommended!! She helped me accomplish one of the most challenging feats during such a fragile and one of the most emotional times in my life. I lost my husband and had to sell our investment property. Although heartbroken, Roxanne reminded me that the investment property did exactly what is was supposed to do, cover me financially in an emergency.

There were many bumps along the way on both my and the buyer’s side throughout the process. Roxanne persevered; she was on top of it! We reached out to Roxanne to help us sell our rental property in Contra Costa County and honestly she did such a phenomenal job. She took care of us from the beginning to the end. She knew the area and provided us with advice and details we would need to know when selling our home. Since it was rental property and we didn't live there, we were unfamiliar with the requirements that houses in that area need to meet and Roxanne kindly filled us in those and shared her expertise with us. We are sooo thankful that we got her as our realtor! While we were finishing off remodeling the home, she offered to check in with the contractor knowing that we don't live in the area to constantly check everything that is going on. She really knows her business and owns it! She helped us find affordable services to prepare our house to go on the market and we got an offer we weren't even expecting. My mom and I were nervous about how to sell our property, because this is our first time trying to sell and Roxanne just came in and walked us throughout the entire process. Roxanne is very professional, knowledgeable, patient, kind, organized, detailed, always available to answer questions and made the stressful process of buying a house much better to deal with especially during this pandemic still going on.

She gave us great advice throughout the process and made sure to help us finding our forever home which we finally did last month 😊 Working with her was fun! We always get excited to check our emails for our covid’s form lol because that means we are going out to check the houses we found with our masks on, gloves, sanitizers and disinfectant wipes 😁

My husband and I cant thank her enough for everything she did and still does for us.. She is heaven sent! Even after the buying process, She still makes sure we are comfortable and everything is ok with our new home.. We love her so much.. She is awesome to work with! We highly recommend her!

I met Roxanne about 10 years ago. My sister was getting some money from redevelopment we knew nothing about how it worked. Roxanne was honest and said she was not sure how it worked but she would find out. She did find out and got my sister the free money to buy her a house. Fast forward to 2018 my sister passed and I am the executor of her will. I called Roxanne. We had to remodel the house she helped me with the paint colors and floor covering that would appeal to buyers. She was very instrumental in making the house attractive to the target buyers that would be interested in the property. 10 years ago she went the extra mile for my sister, this year she went the extra mile for me. My five stars says it all.

Roxanne was an old classmate of my wife from high school so when it was time for us to buy a home she insisted we use Roxanne. I loved Roxanne's positive attitude from the moment I met her. She promised my wife and I that we were going to "get OUR home", even if it took months. Well luckily for us it didn't take long at all. The second home we viewed we fell in love with and put an offer in on Saturday evening. Roxanne made it happen even though she had plans for the evening. We met Roxanne through a mutual friend who bought her house with Roxanne's help.
Roxanne is the most energetic person you will ever meet. She puts all her energy in helping her clients succeed. Any time I had doubts during the process, she was my cheerleader and got me back on track. She gave us ideas on how to stage our house for sale and after only one open house had the winning offer. And with lots of our own footwork, looking for just the right forever home, we found "THE HOUSE" the weekend after that. Everything just fell into place and with Roxanne's help (and her great assistants and connections with the title company) we closed on our "dream home" the day after we closed on the sale of our home.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Roxanne to purchase my first home. Our story starts a little short of a year ago, I was referred to Roxanne by multiple people that I trusted and respected. They all had nothing but positive things to say about her. I absolutely love Roxanne!!! When beginning this process I didn't have a Realitor I wanted to use and I was nervous to try "just anyone" I wanted someone who would work hard for me but that also wasn't super pushy. I wanted someone who would listen to me and what I liked and help me along the way and not be overbearing. Roxanne was suggested to me and I couldn't be happier that I got to work with her. She now isn't just my realitor she's also my friend.
She was very patient being as I was still hesitant and not even sure what exactly I wanted since this was my first. She answered each and every one of my questions and she took time to explain them all very well, she's humble and she's ALWAYS available no matter the time or day or what she has going on in her personal life she always made herself available.
During the paper work portion there was a few days that we didn't talk being as everything was being processed but she knew I was new to this and she still called me to check in and let me know it's all going well and that we were just waiting for the papers to go through.
Roxanne's communication, patience, knowledge, hard work, her genuine heart made this the BEST home buying Experience ever. I would refer her to everyone I know and I wouldn't even think twice about using her again, I wouldn't want anyone else to ever help me again. Roxanne is the best!

Roxanne is one of the most hard working, dedicated, committed and, more importantly, caring people I know!
In 2014 she helped me find my first home within a month of looking! I was intimidated by the process but she held my hand 100% of the time. A few weeks ago, she again held my hand through the process of closing on the sale of that home... she found a buyer within 3 days!

Let me share the three reasons how Roxanne earned my 5-star rating...

1) As a first time homeowner, Roxanne graciously walked me through the intricacies of the process with patience and care. She also gave me advice that was in my best interest (ex: writing a handwritten note to the seller explaining why the home was a perfect fit for me — it worked!).

2) Roxanne is well networked in the Bay Area and is able to call and text agents, which served to my benefit since she had access to information that helped me make a decision and helped position me as a strong buyer. Given the speed at which decisions are made in the Bay Area, this was key (ex: Roxanne knew there was an offer in hand and that the buyer was going to accept in the morning. She was able to present me as a potential buyer — it worked!).

3) Roxanne has a strong team helping support the end-to-end home purchase process - from broker to title company. Having this team helped streamline the process, creating a fluid and seamless experience (ex: everyone needed to complete my home purchase was aware I started the process and all hands were on deck ready to answer my questions, calls from selling agent, and move the process along for a speedy close — it worked!).

It worked! As a first time homebuyer I placed an offer on the first home I loved and I closed in record time - 13 days. Net, I recommend Roxanne to anyone interested in buying a home in the Bay Area.
