Here is some background on me and why I am passionate about Real Estate and why I have a different approach than most agents. It stems back to these two statements I have lived my life by.

I truly believe that everyone should have a place to call home. A place to make memories of love, laughter, joy, fun and any other great feelings.
My focus is to dig deep with you to find out what your goals are. By asking the right questions I can find out what is truly important and what will be best for you both now and in the future. Doing all this work up front saves many hours of time and eliminates most of the headaches. On average I am able to show clients 5 to 10 homes. Most times people will buy the first house I show them because it is the one that meets 95% of their needs. If we have to look at more houses than that I know I haven’t done enough work upfront or I need to get both parties on the same page.
Another thing that sets me apart and is a huge help is my 14 years in the mortgage business. My understanding and being able to explain and piece these two critical pieces together has been a huge advantage for my clients.
When listing your house for sale I will provide the data that will show us what the highest price your house will sell for in the quickest amount of time. Not having to case the market and drag the process out for months will save you so much time and cleaning. You will thank me for this later.
Warning to buyers that are first time that I may act like your Mother. I feel like you need an advocate in your corner and understand what is going to happen every step of the way. I have a unique way to put you at ease even though it is your first time buying a home.
