Roy VanWinkle

Roy & Ramona have been in Real Estate for over 35 years. They are top producers, closing more than fifty transactions annually year after year. They have been owners in Keller Williams Realty since 2001. They created The VanWinkle Team in 1999. Roy has been the Regional Manager of Keller Williams Northwest. With his extensive background in running the region and multiple real estate offices, he is deeply knowledgeable in real estate law, how to get through a tough situation and is always able to get his clients to the desired result, no matter the hurtles set in his path. Ramona has an eye for design and loves helping clients de-clutter and stage their homes, to get them sold faster at top dollar. Roy and Ramona love spending their free time loving on their five grandchildren. Roy love restoring cars, doing most of the work himself. His most recent project completed being a 1970 Dodge Challenger. RaMona loves decorating and feathering her nest. She loves to read, “glamp” (glamour camping) and painting with watercolors.
