With over ten years of professional real estate experience, Roy Yoo brings a results-oriented approach to real property transactions and property management. To handle the wide array of customer needs, Roy draws on his significant experience in real estate acquisition, disposition, tenant negotiations, and property management skills. In 2014, Roy was driven to create RJ Investments in response to the growing demand for a more caring and accountable property management company that views its clients as more than just a number to its bottom line. As the face and backbone of RJ Management, Roy is proud to successfully lead his small but effective team with integrity and accountability to offer superior individualized service to his clients.
Roy was born and raised in Honolulu Hawaii. Out of high school, Roy joined the U.S. Army and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. Roy served honorably and receiving the Army Commendation Medal with V Device for Combat. After being honorably discharged from the Armed Forces, Roy decided to launch a career in real estate in 2005. He became a licensed broker in 2007.
During his real estate career, Roy advised a vast number of clients, many of whom are still with him today. He has handled all aspects of property management operations, from strip malls, to apartment buildings totaling over 300 units in the greater Los Angeles area. Roy and his team have managed real estate properties in areas including: Venice Beach, Beverly Hills, Mid-town, Mid-Wilshire, Miracle Mile, Downtown Los Angeles, Glendale, Burbank, Gardena, Bell Garden, Norwalk, Cerritos, and Redondo Beach. While working full-time, Roy earned a degree in Business from California State University, Los Angeles.
