Roya is THE kind, thoughtful, and professional realtor. Roya and her team are amazing. We relocated in Nothern VA and Roya helped us navigate different neighborhoods and various house options. She knew exactly what we wanted and always checked the house conditions for us (whether things work or not, system years, county permits, etc.). She provides pros and cons of each house and it was very helpful for us to make a fully informed decision. I also appreciate that she always responses quickly and resolves any issues that emege during the home buying process very efficiently. I highly recommend Roya. We cannot imagine buying a house without Roya!

My husband and I have used Roya a few times. We first met her when moving from Arizona to Virginia and we would not have been as successful in finding a place to rent without her help! She went above and beyond to find us the perfect area to explore in Northern Virginia before deciding to buy. After a year we went straight back to Roya for her expertise in buying a home! As expected, she did exactly as before and made our purchase the easiest process.

So when my husband and I decided recently that we wanted to sell our home, we knew (again) that Roya was our Realtor. She gave us so much feedback on how to make our home look Magazine-worthy for pictures and showings!! Because of this, our home was on the market for approximately 24 hours before getting the offer we accepted (at nearly 5% over asking price)! During the sale, she made everything so easy for us that I had no doubt we were in great hands. When there was a minor hiccup, Roya notified us a few days later stating that she took care of EVERYTHING! Without her skills, hard work, and dedication we would have been stressed beyond max, but that was not the case.

Thank you, Roya, for always being a Rockstar! I wish we could take you to Florida for our next home-buying experience. There will never be another you! ;)

Roya is amazing! She helped us to sell and purchase another home a few years ago and we really enjoyed working with her because of her professionalism and knowledge of the area and market. She is very resourceful and has great feedback and suggestions.

We were looking at multiple listings and things were changing daily, but Roya was able to get us scheduled for appointments on short notice, talked to the sellers and realtors when we had questions/concerns, and she was patient with us while we had to make some tough decisions. She is great with communication and very thorough to make sure we didn't miss anything!

The overall selling and buying experience can be very overwhelming but Roya told us what to expect throughout the process and we could rely on her to help every step of the way. We would highly recommend Roya and definitely choose to work with her again!

This journey has been a very long one. We knew buying a house is not an easy thing so we psych ourselves for the task ahead, little did we know buying a new built will be even more stressful but I can assure you that we did not experience that much of a stress which we envisage because you stood between the stress and us thereby taking it away from our chest and shoulders. Roya was our realtor for my fiancé and I’s first time home-buying experience.
If you have not been apart of this process, I can tell you that it is frustrating and nerve-wracking and just all around INTENSE. With that understanding established, here comes Mrs. Roya who continues (even after we have moved in) to answer our questions, and believe me, we have/had A LOT. She has walked us through each process and made sure that we understood each step that we were going through to full understanding.
Mrs. Roya made this scary process a fun and exciting one, meeting us with confidence and happiness! I also would like to point out that she proved she wanted the best home for us in how she conducted the walk through- SHE WAS PICKIER THAN I WAS! She has a critical eye and ensured from the beginning that our home was not only safe for our family of 3 (we have a young child), but that we truly were getting our dream home.

If you're looking for a dedicated realtor, Roya is the one. She answered all of our silly(we're first time home buyers) questions with no judgement and made us feel at ease with all of our decisions. EXTREMELY knowledgable realtor(can basically Inspect the home for you) and knows the red flags to look for and also finds homes that are suitable to your needs/desires. Roya made the tedious, stressful process of buying a home, easy and stress free. She develops a bond with you that helps make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I met Mrs. Delaney at one of her open houses and I am extremely happy that I chose to work with her to buy a townhouse and to sell my condo. She went above and beyond the expectations on buying and selling transactions.
On the buying side, Mrs. Delaney negotiated a great deal, less than the listing price, and the townhouse was appraised for higher. On selling side, the condo was quickly sold over the ask. Moreover, due to her excellent management skills and punctuality, both closings was scheduled on the same date.
