Royce Bennett

I have been married to Karen for over 30 years and we have two grown children. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from North Carolina Wesleyan College and served in the Morehead City Police Department for 12 years before moving to Jacksonville. In 1995, I opened The Shepherd’s Shoppe, Christian Book Store. Through the book store, I served retail customers in Jacksonville for ten years. In 2005, I discovered the joy of helping people buy a home. I sold The Shepherd’s Shoppe and have since placed my full efforts in building a Real Estate business. In 2010, I sold over 7 MILLION dollars worth of property earning the Masters Diamond Award from Century 21. In order to better serve my customers, I have earned designations as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). Professionally I serve as President(2013) of the Jacksonville Board of Realtors.
