A broker so talented, intentional and caring, she's become a dear friend! As a first time home buyer in Manhattan, not only did I require great support, but also great guidance in completing my Co-op Board Package. Royce managed the entire process seamlessly and kept my (and my family's!) best interest at heart. I'm very happy to share that we closed under asking price ... at the exact perfect time. Royce has continued to check in with me and has even helped guide me through an issue with my building, all post closing. I should also share that I worked with Royce's recommendations for a mortgage broker, insurance broker, home inspector, property attorney and painter and was very pleased with every experience. Royce is an excellent Real Estate Agent. She is a true professional & rented my apartment within a week. She knew exactly how much to rent it for and told me exactly what I needed to do in order to rent for the max price. I had a different realtor before her who did not even show the apt. & had the wrong price to rent the apartment. He was "favored" in my building but was poor at best in his job. Royce will alway be my realtor. She also rented my Brothers apartment on a timely basis. Use Royce for her experience in the NYC market and you will not be disappointed.

When you work with Royce, you cannot help but to be struck by her knowledge, professionalism, integrity, accessibility, fairness and down-to-earth good nature. More to the point, she gets results! Royce helped me rent my apartment in the dead of winter on two different occasions and each time, she had no problem finding qualified tenants. In sharp contrast, I have a friend in the city who recently complained to me that his rental apartment (represented by a different agent) has been sitting on the market for months with no viable prospects, which is what actually prompted me to write this review for Royce. Having worked with Royce, I cannot imagine she would let my apartment remain vacant and unrented for any significant length of time. That's just not who she is or how she works.
