Royce was born in Kentucky, but relocated to South Gulf Cove, with his family, when he was 10 years old. Englewood was an ideal place for him to grow up, as he has always had a love for the outdoors. As the youngest child of 8 siblings, he grew up having a ton of support and guidance from his large family. Royce attended grade school here in Englewood and graduated from Lemon Bay High School in 2007. He found an opportunity, in high school, to pursue an auto mechanic career and spent 11 years as a local auto mechanic. A friend of his that ran a top local real estate team, that specialized in REO/Bank Owned sales, saw Royce as a good fit for the real estate industry and invited him to come work on their team to help with office/admin work. Shortly after that career change, Royce obtained his real estate license and began listing and selling real estate locally. His vast local knowledge and love for the area gave him an upper hand in the industry, to help people find their perfect fit in the amazing community he grew up in. Royce quickly climbed into the top 15% of local agents for the Englewood Area Board of Realtors and knew that he found a passion for real estate and a career that allowed him to help others achieve their goal of homeownership in Southwest Florida. Royce spends most of his time working, but when he can sneak away for a quick break, he enjoys anything outdoors, including scuba diving, fishing, boating & camping.
