Loc. 701 Residential Electrician for 16 years, a concrete laborer, a stone mason laborer, and a carpenter's laborer. She has built homes from the ground up and has rehabbed many homes.

Despite Roz's busy professional schedule, she still finds time to give back to her community. She is passionate about volunteering her time in local community organizations. She was responsible for coordinating fellow real estate agents in community events including Feed my Starving Children and cooking dinner for guests at Ronald McDonald House Charities. In her spare time, Roz loves to cook, garden, and read. She is also an avid dog lover.
