Hi Rozie, Boni and I have wanted to Thank YOU SO MUCH for helping us sale the home that we have loved for many years to a couple that we are now long-distance neighbors and we stay in touch with them. With Boni’s handicap and my older age you did a tremendous job of finding us a newer home, in Northern Colorado, with all of the long list of must haves that we wanted. Newer Development, Modern features, Open concept, no stairs, large kitchen with the large Walkin pantry, smaller yard to take care of and of course the front range view from our front room and back yard patio is incredible. It took a lot of home searching and you kept us positive when we got frustrated and told us that we would find “The One We Supposed to HAVE” and you found it. The neighbors have been great, trying new eateries in the area. We wish we would have made the move sooner.
