Since obtaining his Realtor license in 1994, Ruben earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business at St. Thomas University. Born in Cuba, Ruben moved to the New Jersey at an early age. He spent summers in Miami, moving to Miami Beach as a young teen, attending local schools. He has traveled extensively across the United States and the Caribbean.
Ruben is happily married and has raised four children, all who have gone through the local school system.
