Ruben Hunter

Ruben is a native Oklahoman, honored to serve Tulsa and the surrounding areas on the EXP Realty team. With over 100 custom new construction home transactions under his belt since 2020, he is especially skilled in helping clients understand the ins and outs of designing and building their dream home.

As a real estate investor, he initially fell in love with real estate when he discovered the benefits it could have on one’s financial well-being. His first home purchase was a duplex, in which he discovered he could cover his entire mortgage by renting out the other side. Since that time, he has continued to learn and grow his portfolio, now running a short term rental business here in Tulsa, renting out three luxury properties.

He is passionate about helping his clients find their ideal property by discussing and understanding their goals, sharing his extensive market knowledge and providing an innovative experience that is thoroughly client-driven.
