Our family had a positive experience with Ruben "Michael" Jimenez. From the beginning, Michael came to the listing appointment prepared and ready to work. Other agents that were interviewed, simply were not braced with even the area comparables let alone the desire to hit the ground running.

This particular sale was an emotionally tough one for our family. The house to be sold was our father's treasured castle. Michael navigated and helped us procure home staging, set up numerous home repairs - with a copious list to accomplish - and he even coordinated a massive tree removal. Our family needed quite a bit of his help as we were all located out of state. His connections were also invaluable and made the whole tough task just a bit easier. Escrow ran smoothly as Michael also helped to coordinate signatures with four signers including a signer overseas. Dude was amazing! So many hiccups along the way. Took two months to sell our house at no fault of Michaels. This guy went above and beyond dealing with the incompetence of not only the buyers lender but thier agent as well.

Michael went out of his way to get parts of the house fixed up for the sale and even offered to mow our grass while we were out of town for a few weeks.

If you ever need to sell, or buy, any real estate in the North Bend/Coos Bay Area I HIGHLY recommend Michael. We live in California and had owned a rental property in North Bend, for the last several years, since it was so far away we had considered selling it over the years and had reached out to various real estate agents, receiving little to no help. Once we made the decision to actually sell my husband found Michael, and I contacted him, BEST decision we ever made!! Michael immediately started helping us, he even put a post on Facebook trying to help our current long time renter find a new place to live!! Knowing that we live so far away, and knew little about the area, Michael helped us find contractors - he provided names and numbers for the various projects, even contacting some of them for us. He is very caring, honest, patient and did everything he could to help both us and our tenant. Communication with Michael was great! He patiently listened to me and handled everything, never making me feel rushed or that my questions or concerns were not important. He always responded quickly with a phone call, text message and/or emails. We have bought and sold several homes over the years and this was, hands-down, the best experience we have had!!
