Rubi Kawamura

Rubi started her real estate career in 1992. She has built her real estate experience and network in the San Francisco Bay Area and has been a top producer at Coldwell Banker since 2012 before joining Park North in 2021. Her honest and ethical attitude towards real estate has earned her clients’ and colleagues’ trust. She will aggressively negotiate the best possible price and terms for her clients to meet their best interests. At the time of the real estate crash in 2008, she worked on many short sales and foreclosed properties. She is a Certified Distressed Property Expert. She serves in San Francisco, Peninsula and northeast Bay for both sale and lease.

As Rubi was born and raised in Japan, she is fluent in both English and Japanese. Shies very dedicated and supportive of the Japanese community in the San Francisco Bay Area. When out of the office, she enjoys activities such as yoga, running, swimming, and gardening.

Her home garden is reminiscent of a farm, housing many fruits and vegetables, two pet hens, and several hives of honeybees. She is also a volunteer worker for several local communities. She has actively supported Children Cancer Research Funds through Great Cycle Challenge USA.
