I met Ruby at an open house just ONCE, but once is all it takes. She has kept in contact sending me listings (sometimes multiple times in a day) that matched what I was looking for at the time.

Now, I was already working with a realtor, and I didn't want to violate that, (particularly because he's a friend) but I have no doubt in my mind that if you choose her as your realtor, she will help you find the perfect home very quickly, whilst keeping the attributes you wish for in mind. A+
