Before I was introduced to Ms. RubyParker I have statrted thinking about buying a house. I went to look at some houses all efforts actually failed to produce positive results about my house vserach. I got Ruby number and called her and explaning briefly what my situituation about looking for house to buy. She immediately schedule appointment with me and asked me when would I be able to meet her to start the process with me. We agreed to meet the following day. She listed all the documentation I need to bring while on my way to her office. She also asked for my email and she email me all the list of the documents i needed to bring to the meeting. The following day we had the meetings , the meeting went well she explained all the process of purchasing a houe to me and enlightining me on all that i did not understood about the process. After the meeting Ruby went to work and constantly giving me feedback on what was going on. We went to see so many houses that were listed in the MLS in Atlanta Metropolitan. I even thought she was going to give up on me but Ruby keep on saying I will surely help you find the house will like we just have to keep on looking.I was so impressed by this statement that I decided to keep on willing to keep looking further for house purchase. After after about 3 weeks we have been looking and visiting house I finally choose the house which I finally bought. When finally made my choise there was questions of finance issues, the loan officer denied me of loan approval because there was two accounts in my credit report that would not made her to approved the loan. Ruby asked the loan office that If her client clears the account would she be able to approved the loan ? the loan office said yes. Immedaitely Ruby advised me to settled the account which I did later within two weeks my loan was approved. I was scheuled for a walk through of the house and a closing date for my house was given to me. On the of the walk through, Ruby was at the place before anybody and she contalty contacting me to be on time. She was with me from the start of the walk through to the time we concluded the walk through. She Ruby was at the house all day to make sure all the corrections that needed to be dione were done and she gave me feed back and when I got there all corrections were completed and done well. A day before the closing she asked me to be on time at least one hour before the schedule time. On the day of my closing she called me at about 8 AM and remainded me of the time and the place again.I got to the closing place on time and closed on my house. I was very happy with the services that Ms. Ruby Parker provided for during the time process of buying my house. She was very professional, very passionate about she does and she making sure I get the best customer satisfactions.
