We were already with another realtor while house hunting and just happened to stumble upon Ruby Schmitt while checking out a home.
We. Love. Her!!
We had been searching for very specifics in our house hunting, which had made the process a bit tedious and lengthy, she immediately jumped in and began helping us with our search. She was extremely responsive to every little thing we were looking for, she tirelessly looked and scoured and found so many potential homes to view!!
Not only did she search out the homes we visited with us, she was both feet in looking for each of our detailed specifics, which was tremendously helpful. She was truly on our side every step of the way. She also had extensive knowledge of the surrounding neighborhoods.
(Even when we visited last minute places!!)
Ruby is extremely busy, but she was always just a phone call or text away!!
That meant so much to us!!!
Every other realtor we had used had an assistant and it had always been a while until we got a reply.
We have since purchased 2 homes and sold 1 using Ruby. Not only do we recommend her to everyone, but we would never purchase a home without her!!
She is not only professional but now also a friend. We are truly grateful we found Ruby
