Property preparation and marketing are key strategies in getting buyers to the table and producing great offers that keep his seller-clients happy. He actively networks within the local real estate community, establishing relationships with other agents that allow him to get the inside scoop on off-market properties so that his buyer-clients get the jump on new properties. He understands and employs a number of different strategies to get his clients into properties.
With all the technical details to manage, he finds the most rewarding part of his career is developing meaningful relationships with his clients; helping them manage not just the paperwork involved in a sale, but the personal part as well.
On a more personal note, he is a native Californian, having lived in the East Bay for more than 20 years. Prior to being a Realtor, he managed a high-end piano retailer, training sales teams and developing and implementing regional marketing strategies. He also studied the fine art of French cooking, and has taught many specialty cooking classes, including many based on the culinary courses he took in Spain, Switzerland, Hungary, Italy and Greece.
