Rudy Walldorf

President of Herman Walldorf Commercial Real Estate, was the first Chattanooga Realtor® to be accredited as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), the premier designation in commercial real estate.

A Morehead Scholar at the University of North Carolina, Rudy’s work encompasses all aspects of the firm’s operations. His clients include regional and national firms in retail, finance, office, and shopping center development and related activities.

He has served as President of the local Board of Realtors® as well as Regional Vice President. He has been named Realtor® of the Year.

He also served for 25 years on the Board of Chattanooga State Technical Community College. He now serves as Deacon at First Presbyterian Church. He is a Rotarian and Co Star named him one of two top producing retail leasing agents for 2018.
