About Run

Run Gilliam has a true passion for real estate and enjoys helping people find the perfect home for their families and their futures. Run was born and raised in Iceland and met her husband who was stationed there in 1996. Run and her husband relocated with the military to Washington DC and lived there until 2005.

Run was always fascinated with real estate and enjoyed helping friends buy homes, even before she became a realtor. Run and her family moved to the sunshine state in 2005 and finally a career in real estate was born. She has 3 children of her own that have been to elementary, middle, and high school in the Wesley Chapel area which has helped tremendously assisting her buyers when they move from out of state.

Her passion has always been to provide personal and expert services that meet customer expectations; always ensuring that her clients priorities and goals are the main objective.

Over the years she has been blessed with working with many wonderful people and families helping to make their biggest investments successful. As a Veteran spouse she has made it her passion to also help Veteran families through the home buying process and became VA certified to assist further with the VA loan process.

She is very responsive to phone calls and messages which has been noted by a lot of her clients.
