Born and raised in London, Rupert Irby has considerable financial and legal experience. He is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and has
passed all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Rupert has worked at Merrill Lynch, London and Hichens Harrison, the City’s oldest stockbroker.

Rupert first visited Naples in 2010 and was immediately captivated by the town’s pristine beauty and unsurpassed quality of life. He identified Naples as the future of luxury living and is a strong proponent of the city’s immense international appeal.
