I am proud to be a lifelong resident of Mansfield, Ohio because this community has so much to offer for families, young couples, senior citizens and singles alike. My amazing wife Brenda and I met in kindergarten and have been married since August of 1981. We have 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren that we adore. Faith, family & friends are the most important things to me. I believe that Christ set the perfect example of how we are to serve others. We should exercise our minds by continuing to learn and grow. We should use our abilities to help those less fortunate. We should turn the other cheek and forgive those as we would like to be forgiven. We should serve others through our gifts of time, talents and treasures. Often times it is just lending an ear to truly listen and hear what someone is saying that makes the difference.

I graduated from Mansfield Senior High and earned my associate degree from Ashland University! After being employed by General Motors I decided to do something that I truly enjoy. Less than four years ago I obtained my real estate license through Hondros College and have since joined the top 10% of Realtors® doing business in Richland County. I attribute my success to the great company I am fortunate to be affiliated with. Haring Realty provides resources that other area brokerages don't offer such as floor plans, room planner online, an exclusive television show and top of the line website along with a dedicated full time office staff.

I am a committed full time Realtor® that takes pride in going above and beyond to help both buyers and sellers understand what is required and expected of every participant in a deal. With the new TRID laws that recently went into effect I think it is important that we work in partnership with lenders, inspectors, title companies and our fellow agents to help provide a smooth transaction. This is done with experience and dedication to anticipate possible problems before they can jeopardize deals. I also pride myself in taking time to inform potential clients of what the current market looks like.
I believe that working at Haring Realty has proven to be a great blessing. We are truly like a family that tries to encourage each other and lend a hand to make sure that our clients receive the experience that we ourselves would like to have.
