Russel Panchelli

Born and raised in West Philadelphia, Russel Panchelli has channeled his life-long love for the city and its architecture into a career. Russ used his Finance and Investment expertise to research and secure Philadelphia investment properties from a young age, purchasing his first property as a college student. Hooked since that very first purchase, he left the Finance world to pursue a real estate career in 1976.

Russ has worked in real estate for over 40 years. In 1992, he founded MPN Realty. Russ continues to specialize in multi-family investment properties and has enjoyed watching the market trend steadily upward since he bought that first investment property.

Currently residing in Washington Township, NJ, Russ enjoys using his free time to golf, garden, and draft the perfect fantasy football team.
