Russell Batts sold me a house and it was (literally) the best decision of my life. I went into this knowing absolutely nothing about the process and Russ was my guide. I basically told him EVERYTHING. He was fantastic. I found Russ’s best quality ti be his unique ability to decipher my thoughts and take me to homes he thought would fit. I felt completely comfortable. I took several trips with other agents and riding around with Russell felt right. I have now been in my home for roughly two years and I am still thrilled with my purchase. Buying a home has been great and I NEVER would have been able to make an informed, educated decision without Russell. After the purchase, Russell gave me a call once in a while just to check in and make sure I wasn’t having any problems. Over the course of the past few years, Russell has done everything in his power to ensure I was a satisfied customer. Russell worked very hard with us to find exactly what we were looking for. We were not looking for the usual house in a neighborhood. We wanted 5 acres or more and he found it. We trusted Russell’s judgment and he thought of things that we never would have. Since we were moving to the country we didn’t want to end up living next to hog farm. The word that best describes Russell is “dependable.” He always returned our calls promptly and tried his best to address any problem or concern to our satisfaction. Even after we closed on our house, before we had a mower of our own, Russell arranged to have our one-acre yard mowed at no expense to us. Russell as my real estate agent, was a positive one. I had almost decided that I wasn’t going to buy a house until I met Russell. From the very beginning, it was obvious that he knew the industry and the business. He found me a mortgage company that was perfect for my needs. Russ was a stickler about keeping me informed and on target with each step we took. He only showed me houses in my price range and did not encourage me to buy above my comfort level. He was sensitive to areas that might not be as safe as others, since I would living alone. Russ guided me through the closing process and was able to get my closing moved up 2 weeks due to my job. My first experience at age ? (Let’s just say I was way old enough) of purchasing a home was made so pleasurable by Russell Batts. I was clueless of everything that was involved and where to go for help. Then I meet Russell who made it all easy and answered all my endless questions. I wanted a safe, affordable place convenient to my job. He picked places out and we would go see them when I had the time. I also found some houses and Russell would actually view them before me to see if it was a possibility to buy. He would advise me but left it up to me. I took his advice and wisdom gladly.
