I met Russell a little over 10 years ago when I decided to move from New Hampshire to Newnan. I got really lucky because he found a nice lot to build on the golf course, and coordinate the building of the house with one of the major builders. Subsequently, I called upon Russell to find a piece of land for future development, and as usual, he came thru. Unlike many realtors, Russell doesn't push to buy "something". He makes sure that the buyer is comfortable and satisfied with the purchase. He knows his trade and is a pleasure to work with.

Russell was excellent from start to finish! He worked tirelessly to find us the perfect house and to get ours sold in a timely manner at top dollar. Russell was honest, trustworthy, and dependable. He made our entire experience enjoyable. On the day of our final walk through, he was extremely sick. However, he showed up to ensure that we were able to go in the house one last time before closing. We highly recommend Russell to all of our friends, family and anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house!

We worked with Russell to buy our first house in Atlanta, GA last spring (April - May 2021) and we definitely couldn’t have made it through the home buying process unscathed without him. Russell was incredibly patient with us and going on 10+ visits to listings with him taught me personally a ton about what to look for, what to watch out for, and even what my wife and I really wanted in a house as our family grows. Our negotiation was also a bit tricky and Russell gave us great advice on what to offer, how to counter, and what was worth asking for in terms of concessions. He’s also super responsive and helped keep our stress levels down during the craziness. To top it all off, Russell always made us feel that finding the right house on our own timeline was the most important thing. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I was hesitant to use a relative for business, but this one has really paid off. I’m picky, but let Russell know what I was looking for - must haves, like to haves, etc. He was patient with me throughout the process, researched the area where I was looking, and my purchase has fully paid off. I knew I wanted to buy in an area that would provide an increase in property value over time, and he was helpful in evaluating the surrounding area. He was also great at slapping me into reality about what I could get for my budget at the time. My property value has increased $200k since purchasing it! I referred him to friends and let them know to ask him to be direct if what they’re wanting in their price range was unrealistic - they had a similar experience as mine. When it comes time to rent or sell my property and buy another, I will definitely be using him again. The key is to be direct about what you’re looking for and take his feedback about the current market where you are looking.

I was moving from South Florida and didn’t know anyone in the area. I wanted a local realtor and just took a chance and went with someone online. I hit the jackpot with Russell. He grew up in Newnan and knew all the surrounding areas as well. He was so kind and patient as he drove me around. I had to fly in each time and he was accommodating to my schedule. In the end, he found me a house while I was out of town, and we made an offer based on his recommendation and I had not even seen it it person! Im so glad I had Russell as he has been wonderful to work with. I have now had 3 real estate deals with him and passed him on to my daughter and her husband who also bought a home through him. I highly recommend him as my experience was drama free and he is very professional.
