Russ is a Dallas native specializing in Uptown, Downtown, Oak Lawn, Lakewood, Lake Highlands, and East Dallas areas. His passion for the hospitality industry, and the many unique restaurants and events our city offers, make Dallas the perfect place for Russ to call home. Customer obsession runs in Russ’ DNA. He has a servant’s heart and strives to consistently make his clients’ needs a top priority. Clients appreciate his highly driven customer-centric approach, active listening, negotiating and analytic skills, and his ability to effectively collaborate with all parties in a real estate transaction. Russ attended Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Information & Operations Management. Prior to real estate, he held various leadership roles focused on customer service, product design, marketing, strategic negotiations, project management, and customer loyalty. Community involvement has always been a top priority for Russ. He is an active member at Highland Park United Methodist Church. He also volunteers regularly with the VNA Meals on Wheels program and participates in Habitat for Humanity projects.
