It was a great experience working with Russell Conness. He's very knowledgeable and gave great tips when purchasing my first property. As a first time home buyer, there were a lot of variables to learn about and he was very patient explaining things. He was able to find a property that met my criteria and budget within the requested timeline.

My husband and I just purchased out first home with Russell's help. Russell took our wish list into consideration and patiently went to open house after open house with us until we found the perfect home. We never felt pressured by him to purchase something. Then when we did find the one, Russell advised us on our offer to increase our chances of getting the home against other offers. Russell was patient, professional, flexible, and responded efficiently any time we had questions. Our experience working with Russell was greatly enhanced due to his experience in both real estate and the lending process. Overall we had the best home buying experience with Russell and would definitely recommend him.
