About Russell

Russ started his Real Estate career in 1979 while their family business was growing into much more than a mom & pop company. 43 years later they continued to dominate the industry and he was proud to have his son Kyle working on their team. He has had the pleasure of helping hundreds of families fulfill their home ownership dreams while also meeting some amazing people. It had been a long and wonderful journey and he would always be grateful to his parents for the opportunity they gave him at Neumann Real Estate. In March of 2022, they decided to merge with Houlihan Lawrence, the #1 Real Estate Company north of NYC. Starting in 1888 as a growing family business, Houlihan had maintained the same cultural and business values as they had so it was the perfect fit.
