My husband and I recently made the decision to move from Glendale, AZ back to the East Coast. We explored several cities and connected with a few realtors, and while our experiences were generally positive, everything changed when we met Russ. Russ truly knows Knoxville, and more importantly, he took the time to get to know us instead of just showing us homes to buy. Even while we were still in Arizona, he reviewed several homes we sent him and provided invaluable feedback.

When we arrived in Knoxville for a week of house hunting, Russ was thoroughly organized and genuinely attentive to our thoughts and preferences. After observing our reactions to the first set of homes, he proactively refined our search, eliminating half the options and helping us zero in on the top choices. We moved to Knoxville from out of state, and it can be really difficult to figure out where you want to live when you don't know the area. After our first conversation, Russell understood the type of house we were looking for and the type of area we were looking to live in. We toured the home we ultimately bought, and he made astute observations about things to consider.
