Russell Taylor

I am an experienced full-time, professional Realtor with a background as CEO of an International Franchising, Marketing and Operations Group based in London and with operations in seven countries.I am British and have lived in Orange County for 29 years.

I entered the Real Estate profession at the same time as my wife and I founded an animal rescue, Modjeska Ranch Rescue, which has since re-homed over 7000 homeless cats,dogs and horses.

I bring to my clients a professional,and analytical approach to what can be a very confusing process for buyers and sellers. Having said that I also bring a sense of value, a sense of honor and sometimes a sense of humor!

Although I do the majority of my work in Orange County with residential buyers, sellers, investors and landlords, I have also identified properties for clients in LA, Glendale, Temecula, and Riverside, as well as worked with investors from overseas wanting to find properties that will provide good cashflow and capital growth.

I am married to an American, and have 3 daughters. I live in Modjeska Canyon, where the animal rescue is based on 4 acres. My Real Estate business helps keep the Rescue funded.

I realize a real estate transaction can be life changing for my client. My job is to make sure that change is a good one!
