Russell Wald and his wife Chelsea excel in every aspect of what people are looking for in a realtor. The first thing that caught my attention was what they didn't do and that was the in your face high pressure approach.

They was patient and took the time to explain things in a way that a laymen like myself could understand and they were totally accessible no matter what time it was. No question was stupid to them and they made me feel like I could express my thoughts no matter how off the wall they were.

Russ was on top of things from beginning to end. Between him and my lender I would rate my whole house buying experience 8.7 only as buying a home is crazy stressful. However they walked me thru it all even with my spouse out of the country. Decent amount of paperwork as it should be, but it only took one day of on site looking as Russ had them lined up and was tremendous about the flow of the day! We were lucky to have found Russ as I couldn't imagine living anywhere else! May I also add my offer was one of four on the house that day, professionalism definitely played a huge factor in that!

At the end of the day Russ will get the deal closed and often find ways to enhance his clients equity position that many others would not consider. My name is Eric Wilson. My wife and I recently utilized Russ Wald as our realtor in purchasing a vacation home in Queen Creek, AZ. Russ was one of 5 realtors that we contacted based on reviews and internet searches. We chose Russ as he really focused on understanding what we were looking for in our home search. He was very responsive to our needs and we felt he went above and beyond our expectations in a realtor. Russ always took the time to explain how things worked in Arizona vrs. Illinois, which is our state of residence. He really made sure that we understood what we were offering and was very persistent when we had questions or had an issue with the selling parties.
