Rusty Caldwell

While starting this career trying to compete against seasoned veterans of the industry, I came up with the motto "Your Realtor for the NEXT 40 years". Now that I have eclipsed the half way point of my original promise, I can say I should have added 20 extra years, because experience is key, and I love what I do. Working full time for over 20 years in the real estate industry, and managing broker of two companies has provided me with the knowledge, skill, and ability to overcome obstacles that may arise during a transaction. Being able to react and adapt to any situation has helped me succeed in not only the workplace, but in life. Teaching these traits to other agents, helping them transition in to a better professional individual, thus benefitting our clients is rewarding on it's own.
