Rusty was the consummate professional. He was always prompt and responsive and was very familiar with the areas we would visit and look at homes. It was great working with rusty he is honest and patient looked at over 40 houses looking for the right one, after sellers that don't want to budge on price and a house that failed the home inspection he was always willing to meet me at the next house. Rusty has helped us buy two houses and sell one, and my husband and I cannot say enough good things about our experiences with him.

When we bought our first house, he was extremely knowledgeable about all the towns we were looking at. We were newly married and expecting our first baby, and Rusty spent so much time showing us dozens of different houses until we found our home. He was so helpful from the time we reached out to him all the way through closing, and even checked in on us after we were all settled in to see how we were doing.

When we decided to sell our first home and purchase a larger one, we didn't hesitate to reach out to Rusty again. As soon as we touched base to let Rusty know that we were ready to sell and move, he put together a lot of information about selling our home, what to expect during the process and clearly managed all our expectations when selling. As anyone who has sold a home knows, the process is not an easy one and Rusty was with us every step of the way to make sure we got an offer that was suitable. While we were still in the process of trying to sell the house, Rusty did an excellent job of finding houses to show us that would meet the needs of our growing family. Admittedly, I am a picky person and was very difficult when it came to choosing our second home, and he was patient, kind, and offered a lot of great insight. At closing of our second house, Rusty was there and made the process effortless and we are now in a home that we love.

From start to finish, Rusty was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. We recommended Rusty to members in our family and we will continue to recommend him to anyone we know that is either in the market to buy a home or sell. While we hope to be in our current house for a long time, if we do decide to sell and move again, our first phone call will be to Rusty.

We cannot say enough positive things about working with Rusty. At the time we were looking for a home, I was 6 months pregnant and worried that we wouldn’t find a home in time for our second baby to arrive. Rusty made us feel like we were the only clients he had - taking time to show us properties he knew we wouldn’t buy (pretty sure he knew exactly what we needed before we did), and being so patient with us. He took us to countless homes, taught our (then) 3 year old how to say “Hello, realtor!” as we entered each house, and honestly felt like a member of the family by the time we found our home. We had Rusty list my Mom's house in Lisle & than my Aunt's house in Cicero (which sold in 3 days). He did an excellent job in listing both houses including the photos and doing the open house. He went above & beyond what I think a realtor would do. We did not live close to both houses so he would meet contractors to let them in to give us estimates and meet the town inspectors. We found out that the grass was not getting cut at my Aunts house so he volunteered to go over the next day which was a little ride for him and cut the grass with his own lawnmower which was about 18" high.

He is very knowledgeable about what to look for in and out of the house, it's not all just about what looks good. I give Rusty Clements a five-star rating, as he is a wonderful Realtor. I asked Rusty to help sell my home, when he was first starting out in the business. Rusty was anxious to help me out in any way possible to get my home listed and sold. He answered all of my questions and concerns and was quick to get my home on the market.

I surely appreciated the very detailed way that Rusty got my home ready for visitors, from the shoe covers to keep my carpet clean, to brochures, and other sales material ready for customers and agents.

My home sold quickly, and since I had left the area, Rusty helped me locate an attorney, and they both worked together at the closing, so I could accomplish it long distance. There were absolutely no problems on the day of the closing and everything went smoothly. Rusty kept me informed up to the minute and I got through it without any worries.
