Our Real Estate agent here in Canada put us in touch with Rusty a couple of years ago when we decided to sell our condo in Cape Coral. Because the market was so poor, we opted to postpone selling for a while and rent it out in the meantime. Rusty took care of the condo for us, found a long-term tenant, handled all the background and credit checking, negotiated the lease and organized the paperwork. Then she oversaw the tenants for us, checking in regularly with them and taking care of any issues that arose. Nothing got past her. We fondly called her our Pit Bull! We were able to leave everything in her hands. That's a great comfort when you're several thousand miles away and someone else is living in your (fully furnished and equipped) home. Rusty has our listing and when the market improves enough to sell the condo we'll rely on our Pit Bull to be just as tenacious and conscientious in finding a buyer. Heidi Palmer , Canada
