Ruth E Manzano

Elizabeth Manzano grew up in New York City, after graduation from college she taught English as a second language. Moved to Virginia and changed profession became a licensed agent and joined Long and Foster in 1988. Because of language barriers in the Hispanic population then, she decided that there was a need for representation in that market and became the first Latino Realtor in the Fredericksburg area. At the beginning of her career, she hosted a Real Estate show on local radio. Becoming accessible on a live show and teaching buyers and sellers how to make their dream come through.
On community activities, she was asked to become a director for a local Hispanic organization NOAH and worked voluntarily with various organizations to promote help both in education and family matters.
She was appointed at the University of Mary Washington Community Advisory Committee on Diversity.
Was also a member of NAHREP in the state of Virginia.
My biggest accomplishment in real estate has been when I worked for 12 years in New Homes Sales, Seeing how first-time buyers personalize their new homes was an enjoyable experience.
Elizabeth and her family love to travel, and has been to Europe, Asia, Latin America but loves coming back home.
She enjoys dancing, gardening, movie-going and spend time and be silly with her friends.
