She started her career in 1985 as a residential real estate appraiser in Marin County, California, where she appraised over $200 million worth of real estate while working with Cal Fed Bank and as an independent appraiser. After relocating to the East Coast, Ruth transitioned to real estate sales in New Jersey and later returned to Marin County to expand her business. Throughout her career, she has been a part of over $400 million in closed residential real estate transactions, including single-family homes, multi-unit properties, rural and land developments, as well as commercial and residential new developments.
