Ruth is absolutely AMAZING! we originally started working with Ruth in hopes to purchase a home but we decided to hold off a year and decided to rent (save more). We reached out to Ruth to inquire if she also helped with rental homes and to our surprise she did! Not only did Ruth take notes of everything we wanted in our rental but she was super responsive with any question and with any unit we wanted to get a showing of. She gave us tips on what to check in the apartments to make sure things were working properly and any questions we didn’t ask the property manager/ landlord of the units she asked for us to ensure we we’re receiving all the information we didn’t know we wanted/needed. Ruth is truly knowledgeable in her craft and goes above and beyond for her clients. We are truly blessed to have been referred to her. She truly has your best interest in mind. Ruth get ready because next year we’re coming back to you for our forever home! We are truly blessed to have had you working with us as our realtor and representing us! Working with Ruth was by far the easiest choice I made in the homebuying process. She was with us through every step and even went out of her way many times to get us what we needed. Great communication with us and with the sellers side making the process go as smooth as possible. She had our backs and made sure that we were comfortable with every choice we made. Ruth is such a compassionate caring realtor. She tried her best to help me find my property that I call my home. Ruth does not review the buying process as just any property. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt like the property was my home. I am a very particular individual, and there was one home that I could not make pass the front door. Upon entering, I knew it did not feel like a home for me and I wanted to leave. Ruth did not push me to continue viewing the property to convince me to by it. In fact, she was so understanding and supportive. She did ask if I was sure I did not want to continue viewing it because it was on my property list of homes I wanted to see. I assured her I did not and she supported my decision because she wanted to make sure whatever property I was buying would make me feel safe, at peace, and at HOME. I appreciated her so much for keeping me updated and available whenever I was.

I have met other realtors who keep their position very neutral. When I was home buying , I felt like I created a best friend. The best way to describe this exciting experience is like going to your favorite store in a mall and comparing outfits. Ruth and I would go into the houses of my choice and examine them numerous times. I would act out how it would be to exit a bedroom, enter the kitchen, or be in the living room and she would act it out with me to see if I enjoyed the way the home was structured. She would make comments that would make me enjoy the home even more. Overall, I can continue to go on and on about how amazing, professional, caring, and compassionate she is in her work but I believe it’s easier to experience it for yourself. I am thankful to have bought my first home with Ruth and I cannot wait to buy a second with her soon! Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication!

Ruth is incredible to work with! I can’t thank her enough for all the assistance she provided through the entire selling/buying process as a first time homeowner. Ruth is so well-prepared, knowledgeable, attentive and patient. Every call I made, email/text I sent, Ruth would respond to immediately. If I had questions that she did not have the answers to, she would find out and let me know as soon as she could. I know I bothered her a lot even though she says otherwise. She guided me through the entire process and was always by my side. She would explain every step, every piece of paper in detail. She would prepare/advise me of what the next steps were and they would follow through- exactly as she said they would. I honestly could have not done any of this without her! We spent so much time together that she is now considered a part of the family. Thank you Ruth!

A veces yo era muy exigente y me desesperada por que no encontraba lo que yo quería, pero Ruth siempre estaba dispuesta en ayudarme y me decía que tenga paciencia que todo va estar bien.

Ruth was referred to us on a community page. We are so grateful for everything she was able to assist us with. It did not matter how many times we changed our minds about the area, home type, rooms, etc she was always quick to adjust to our wants!
