Ruth is a lifelong resident of Madison, raised her family here, and has been a Realtor since 2001 in the greater Dane County area.
Her two sons, Josh and Ben, are her pride & joy and both are accomplished professionals. Josh is a successful Realtor and Ben is a Journeyman Commercial Electrician in Madison. Ruth welcomed the fourth generation into the community when Josh and Jenna’s son, Tyler, arrived in 2011. Since then, Josh's family added Ashton and Brecken (twins) and Ben's family added Dillon and Dawson. She is truly blessed, with five grandsons all under five years of age.
Ruth enjoys helping people. That is the reason she became a Realtor. People mean more to her than just a real estate transaction. There are a lot of emotions to work through during the buying and selling process and Ruth’s goal is to be a calming force. From start to close, she is the sounding board for her clients so they can make good decisions about their real estate choices.
Even after the closing date, Ruth likes to stay connected by sharing tales of travel adventures, swapping chili recipes, and celebrating life’s moments. The people and the friendships she has developed along the way are the sweet rewards that will last a lifetime.
As an added value to her clients, Ruth continually invests in herself. She is a Broker Associate and has earned the honor of being designated a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Only three percent of the million plus REALTORS® in the country have earned this designation. She is also an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), which gives her additional skills to assist Buyers. She is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and being so, she is there to help a growing population plan for their housing needs during their senior years.
These designations mean Ruth has a winning combination of personal service and professional knowledge. From start to close, Ruth is an educator, advocate, and negotiator for her clients.
