Ruth was amazing and was always available for questions. She was patient and took us to see numerous houses before we settled on the one we purchased. She gave us great advice and excellent suggestions. We have recommended her many times to our friends and we used her again when we sold my moms house. You can’t go wrong with Ruth and you can feel secure knowing you are in very capable hands during the exciting and stressful time of choosing a new home.

Ruth is great to work with! She helped us buy our first house and showed us so many houses until we found the right one. She actually showed our house to someone else and while she was showing it she said she thought of us because it was everything we were looking for and it was. She was always willing to work with our schedules. We liked that she told us her opinion and how she felt about things while looking at houses. She helped guide us along the whole process. Definitely recommend working with Ruth!!

Ruth is amazing !!! She has always been there for my family and I whenever we are ready to start in a new home! She has a amazing personality and is so patient ! We really had a joy looking and finding a house with her, she’s dedicated and such a hard worker ! Right when I got done meeting Ruth for the first time we talked about the houses we liked and literally we walked out she was already sending us house. She’s great! Hands down.

Ruth has helped me sell 2 houses. She is always ready to help with any problems that arise and I had plenty of them! I felt bad that she had to deal with all my problems but she was always there when I needed her. I would highly recommend Ruth to anyone buying or selling.

Really appreciated having Ruth as my realtor. She was always quick to respond which is nice since some houses come on and off the market in a matter of days. Cox A a.-lso she always had a folder of information about the house when I arrived and explained it to me, which I thought was pretty cool. Overall I had a great experience buying a house.
