My house buying was no less than a roller coaster ride. I really appreciate Rutvj (Rocky Bhai) for not only finding a good house for me but more importantly the way he helped me come out of an odd situation of a delayed closing due to delays from the lender. With his prompt follow ups with the lender and builder and advices on key documentation areas, I was able to close on the very last day of my contract.

I would highly recommend Rutvij as he always let the buyer take his time and helps with his decisions. He never rushes you into anything and is always a true buyer's advocate.
