Ryan Bailey

After attending ASU, Ryan Bailey went on to develop raw land into sub-divisions, broker multi-million dollar commercial property deals, and eventually specialized in luxury residential brokerage.

With expertise in finance, he brings a unique skill set of negotiation, finance, and real estate savvy into every transaction which makes him one of the top agents in the North Valley. When he's not buying or selling real estate, you can find him flying a Cirrus aircraft, bartering cases of California wine, and enjoying family time with his wife and two children.

He works alongside his brother, Patrick, and together they are called the "Bailey Bros."

The brothers can complete projects from cradle to grave, encompassing raw land purchasing, through design, construction, interior design and furnishings, through the full sales process — something most teams can’t pull off with expertise in all phases.
